The factory can also perform machining services:

• On vertical lathes for diameters ø3000mm
• On the Draught lathes to L = 1600mm
• Turning large-size castings (eg rotors) does not exceed the diameter and height of 1500mm ø2800
• Grinding of the carousel grinding to ø3000mm
• Drilling holes for radial drilling machines
• External gear hobbing to m16
• Slotting the internal teeth up to m = 12
• Surface induction hardening.

We also have a numerically controlled machine VLC-2000 ATC + C to high-turning work. Small and medium series flange type parts, symmetric, asymmetric and rotating and similar shapes.
