TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The range of outside diameters of the manufactured toothed bearings reaches from Ø 400 mm to Ø3100 mm . The toothed bearings are made with external or internal teeth. They are also made without teeth. Depending on needs, toothed bearings are made in versions with clearance or without clearance.

GENERAL MANUFACTURING CONDITIONS
The toothed bearing raceways are surface hardened, by use of induction method. After hardening, they are ground. Bearing teeth, both of them, exte- rnal and internal are made by circumferential method. On request of the orderer , tooth involute surfaces are surface hardened by induction method. Actually, external and internal theeth with pitch from m=8 and above are hardened. After surface hardening, teeth are not subject to grinding.

SELECTION OF TOOTHED BEARINGS
Selection of toothed bearings refering to permissible static raceway loads and class of mechanical properties of assembly bolts, takes place basing on a nomo- graph, elaborated for every type of bearing. Typical bearings with detailed basic data are available in the catalogue. Collect catalogue.
