Refurbishing of Slewing Rings
WE PROVIDE REFURBISHING SERVICES /REPAIR/ OF SLEWING RINGS USED IN MACHINES AND DEVICES OF ALL BRANDS
A ring that is sent to us is disassembled and thoroughly examined. Next, we carry out evaluation of the technical condition of the ring whereby we decide whether it is suitable to be refurbished. If it is, the refurbishing process comprises the following:
- replacing rolling mechanisms, the new parts are selected by our specialists
- professional adjustment of the bearing race to the new part
- replacing the seal and the lubricant
- assembling the ring
- obtaining proper parameters for further work of the ring (clearances, moments)
- issuing a quality control certificate for the repair
If a ring is not suitable to be refurbished we recommend making a new one. We have a possibility to manufacture any ring customised to a customer's requirements.
