We have bearings that are permanently in our production programme. At the same time, having proper technical possibilities we are interested in producing bearings customised to the individual requirements of our customers which fall within the scope of the parameters mentioned above. We offer designing, technical support and manufacturing of bearings (also according to the design supplied to us by a customer)

- using turning and boring lathes up to 3000mm in diameter
- using screw cutting lathes L=1600mm
- turning of large-size casts (ex. rotor) not exceeding 2800 in diameter and 1500mm in height
- grinding up to 3000mm in diameter
- radial drilling
- hobbing of external teeth up to m=16
- chiselling of external teeth up to m=16
- induction surface hardening
- teeth hardening from m=6
- we have VLC-2000 ATC+C lathe for high efficiency lathe work, small and middle-size series of flange shape types of workpieces, symmetrical/unsymmetrical workpieces, rotating workpieces and suchlike

The plant in Myszków provides the following services:
